Introduction to the measurement method of Torpedo Spirit Level

The SL-A9301 torpedo spirit level is an accurate, portable, small measuring tool that is widely used in the fields of construction, decoration, mechanical installation, etc. It has a compact design and full functions, which can help users accurately measure horizontal, vertical and tilt angles in various environments. The following will introduce the use of the SL-A9301 torpedo spirit level in detail to help users better understand its operating skills and application scenarios.

The SL-A9301 torpedo spirit level consists of three main parts: horizontal bubble tube, vertical bubble tube and 45-degree bubble tube. Each bubble tube is filled with liquid and a small bubble. By observing the position of the bubble, the angle of the object to be measured can be judged.
Horizontal bubble tube: used to measure the horizontal angle of the object. When the bubble is centered, it means that the object is in a horizontal state.
Vertical bubble tube: used to measure the vertical angle of the object. The bubble is in the center of the tube, indicating that the object is in a 90-degree vertical state.
45-degree bubble tube: used to measure inclined objects at a specific angle, especially suitable for the installation and commissioning of slopes, ladders or roofs.
SL-A9301 is also designed with a magnetic base, which allows it to be easily adsorbed on metal surfaces, which is very practical in mechanical and construction construction.

1. Use SL-A9301 to measure the horizontal surface
Before starting to measure, make sure the surface of the object to be measured is clean and flat to avoid dust and debris on the surface affecting the measurement results. Place the base of the SL-A9301 torpedo level steadily on the object to be measured and observe the position of the bubble in the horizontal bubble tube. If the bubble is between the two scale lines and in the center, it means that the surface is horizontal. If the bubble is biased to one side, it means that the surface is tilted. Which side the bubble is biased to indicates which side is higher than the other side, and the user can adjust it according to the reading.
In practical applications, such as installing shelves, adjusting furniture or laying floors, the SL-A9301 torpedo level can quickly determine whether it has reached a horizontal state. If the object to be measured is not horizontal, the user can gradually adjust its height until the bubble is centered.

2. Measure vertical surface
Place the side of SL-A9301 against the vertical surface of the object to be measured, such as a wall, door frame or column. Observe the position of the bubble in the vertical bubble tube. If the bubble is centered, it means that the object is in a vertical state. If the bubble deviates from the center, it means that the object deviates from the vertical state, and the user can make corresponding adjustments until the ideal vertical angle is reached.

3. Measure the 45-degree tilt angle
Place the bottom edge of the level against the inclined surface of the object to be measured, such as stairs, roofs or other objects that need to be installed at a 45-degree angle, and observe the bubble in the 45-degree bubble tube. When the bubble is in the center, the object's tilt angle is 45 degrees. If the bubble deviates from the scale line, it means that the object's tilt angle is inaccurate, and the angle needs to be adjusted to center the bubble. 45-degree angle measurement is very common when installing slopes, inclined beams and specific building structures. The SL-A9301 torpedo level provides users with a simple tool to quickly determine whether the tilt angle meets the design requirements.

The SL-A9301 torpedo level is a versatile, easy-to-use measuring tool suitable for a variety of measurement scenarios, including horizontal, vertical and 45-degree angle measurements. By using this tool correctly, users can ensure the precise positioning and installation of objects. Whether in home decoration, construction or mechanical equipment installation, the SL-A9301 torpedo level can provide users with reliable measurement support and greatly improve work efficiency and quality.
